GSRNC got Freki after he was purchased him from a breeder on Craigslist, and the resident dog didn’t want another dog around. He’s a really sweet boy, loves his people and his pack-he lives with three adult male GSD that he does well with, as well as two cats-and he’s friendly and affectionate with the 4 adults and two children in his home. He does all these things at top speed all the time.

As we expect of GSD puppies, he learns quickly, but he also pushes limits and he is doing all the things you would expect of a puppy. He chews things he shouldn’t sometimes, he really works on house training, but has the occasional accident. He loves to bark, and has the alarm bark of a big dog, and when he goes out, he will bark excitedly at people and other dogs, for about the first maybe 5 minutes we’re anywhere, then he calms down and is fine. He is pretty good on a leash and gets better all the time and is learning the basics of obedience.

He’s going to be a big dog, who will need training, limits and reinforcement. He is a joy to have and so much fun to be with and he is happy to play all day, but he does settle eventually.
