Meet handsome Lito.

Lito is an owner surrender His owner had placed Lito in a boarding facility as he was unable to keep Lito because of landlord restrictions on dogs. Lito was left at the boarding facility for a several months. The owner returned for Lito and then surrendered him to Animal Services due to his housing policies regarding dogs.

Lito is now a foster home in Watsonville. He is living with dogs, cats, and chickens. He lives on a large ranch and gets to run the property with lots of other dogs. He also gets to go swimming on a regular basis. Lito is an excellent swimmer and loves to play with his toys in the pool. Lito is dog friendly, and kid friendly. He ignores the cats and chickens. He believe that Lito is cat workable due to the fact that he has no interest in them. He has also had basic obedience training. An adopter will need to continue with his training. Lito is not fully potty trained nor is he crate trained. Lito would like to live with another dog or have a lot of socialization on a regular basis. Lito needs an active, attentive family.
