Divorce/move. Had been renamed Jax.
Adopted!
Congratulations to Jax and his new family!
Ox, who now answers to Jax, originally came into rescue as a 1-year old pup from a Sacramento area shelter. His stunning looks and affectionate personality caught the attention of several potential adopters and he soon found what we thought was his forever home. That is no longer the situation due to an unanticipated change in family dynamics resulting in his return and search for a new forever family.
Jax is happy go lucky, well socialized and has been well cared for over the past year. He needs to lose a few pounds but that should happen in no time with regular exercise. His current foster dad says he is a “great dog” and “super chill.”
Jax was previously fostered in a home with several other shepherds (male and female) and, when adopted, lived with a female GSD, cat and teenager. He is housebroken, has generally good manners, and has been crate trained as well as being trusted to have open access inside and out in the yard
Jax is a Level 3 currently being fostered in Sacramento and is eager to truly find his forever home this time around.
